Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Follow the steps below.

How to Request Deletion
- Email support@icfinc.org with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- In the email, include:
- The email address used to sign in
- Your full name (as shown in your profile)
- If you are part of a couple account, optionally include your spouse’s name/email to help us locate the right records
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.
- Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your account and associated profile data within a reasonable timeframe.
What Data May Be Deleted
- Account identity information (email and authentication identifiers)
- Profile information you entered (names, birthdays, anniversary date)
- Couple profile data associated with your account
What Data May Be Retained
In some cases, we may retain limited information where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
